Ukraine is one of the leaders in the global grain market, therefore needs constant renewal of resource potential, one of whose elements is the human resources component.
Grain market develops in a way that needs to go beyond the boundaries of one country and increasingly integrated into the world economy
So, in 2016 only grain exports from Ukraine provided the average monthly income of currency revenues of 0.5 bln. US dollars
In 2016, thanks to an increase in exports, the agricultural sector provided 28% of foreign exchange earnings in our economy.
According to a survey of agribusiness experts, the rating of investment attractiveness of industries has been formed in which one of the first places is occupied - grain trade, its infrastructure.
As a result, it is necessary to provide high-skilled personnel directly with the grain-growing sector, and more importantly, sectors of their processing, storage, transportation and sale, ie trade.
Therefore, now there was a need for the training of specialists, which would have had at the same time preparing the technological and economic, component.
Grain trade in Ukraine has become international content, so the training of specialists for the international level is a strategic direction in education.

- Entrepreneurship, trade and stock-taking activities;
- Food technologies (1. Technologies of storage and processing of grain, 2. Technologies of bread, confectionery, macaroni products and food concentrates);
- Sectoral engineering (Equipment for processing and grain production).
At the request of the modern development of the bakery industry, the following "Educational Programs" were opened:
- International trade;
- business management;
- Technology of confectionery manufactures;
- Feed bioengineering;
- IT design and service of equipment (grain processing industry).
